Fish Fry


Notes:
Serves - 2

Ingredients: 
  1. Fish (Your Choice) - 1/4 kg
  2. Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  3. Black Pepper (whole)- 1/2 tsp
  4. Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  5. Salt - As Needed
  6. Curry Leaves - 8 (optional)
  7. Oil - For Frying
Directions:
Grind all the spices together to get a fine mix.
Add curry leaves if needed.



Clean and Cut the Fish in to desired size.
Remove excess water from the cut piece. 

Dry rub the spice mix on to the Fish.

Heat oil in a shallow frying pan and fry the fish until cooked.
