Dry Ginger Coffee

Notes:
Serves -4

Ingredients: 
  1. Dry Ginger (Chukku) - 1/2 cup
  2. Black Pepper (whole)- 1/4 cup
  3. Coriander Seeds - 1/4 cup
  4. Palm Sugar cubes(karuppatti) - As Needed
Directions:
Coffee Powder - Grind all the spices (dry ginger, black pepper, coriander) together to make a coarse powder.

To make 4 cups of coffee, bring 4 1/2 cups of water to boil.
Add required amount of palm sugar cubes.
When the palm sugar cubes are dissolved, add 4 spoons of the prepared coffee powder and let it boil for 2 minutes.
Close the pan, remove from heat and let it settle for few minutes.

Serve hot. You can filter if needed.
